Town Bake Shop & Ice Cream

Town Bake Shop and Ice Cream is a family business. The new owners, Rosa and André along side Angie and David, draw from their many years of experience with owning and operating RAAD Catering to deliver delicious baked goods. The daily menu consists of fresh breads, muffins, desserts, ice cream, specialty coffee, homestyle prepared meals and more. Many of the recipes that are featured on the daily and specialty menus have been inspired by Rosa and Angie’s Italian heritage, including recipes handed down by Nonna.

We warmly invite you to stop by our location at 662 Main Street in Oakbank, Manitoba to try one (or many) of our freshly baked treats and ice cream.

We understand the happiness that a specialty cake or cupcakes can bring to any occasion. All of our Specialty Cakes and Cupcakes are made from scratch in a wide variety of flavours and they are always made fresh. Great care is taken with each and every order to ensure that your specialty items are decorated to impress. You will work with our cake baker and decorator to create the perfect creation for any celebration!

We will work with you to create the perfect items for your theme, flavour profile, style and budget! The pricing will vary for specialty cakes and cupcakes by design, flavour selections and servings. It is recommended that you contact us as soon as possible for all Specialty Cake and Cupcake orders to ensure that we are able to make your cakes and cupcakes perfect. All orders require a minimum of 2-3 weeks notice prior to the date of pick up, with the exemption of Wedding orders. Wedding cake and cupcake orders require no less than 3 months notice to ensure that a design and cake tasting session can be held.
